Blood pressure bulb and valve

A pulse pressure device for a sphygmomanometer comprises a pulse pressure band and a rotary connecting head. The pressure pulse zone comprises a flexible plate body and an airbag structural layer with an upper airbag layer and a lower airbag layer. The pressure pulse belt is inwardly provided with a receptacle hole to run through the flexible plate body, and the receptacle hole is adjacent to the upper balloon layer of the balloon structural layer. The rotary connector includes an assembly base and a steering joint.
